How the Process Works

Receive Your Document Email
Within 30 minutes of applying, you will receive an automated email from Acealot with a secure link to submit your verification documents. This is a once-off process to confirm your identity and business legitimacy.
Get Reviewed and Approved
Our team reviews your application and documents within 2-3 business days. You will receive an approval email with your vendor login credentials and a link to your seller dashboard.
List Your Products and Start Selling
Once approved, log into your vendor dashboard and start adding your products. Each product listing goes live immediately after submission. Your first sale could happen the same day!

Seller FAQ
Can I sell in multiple categories?
Yes! As a vendor on Acealot you can list products across multiple categories as long as they comply with our product guidelines. There is no restriction on the number of categories you can sell in.
What happens if a customer wants to return a product I sold?
Acealot handles the return process on your behalf. When a customer requests a return, you will be notified via your dashboard and email. You have 48 hours to accept or dispute the return. Approved returns are deducted from your next payout.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade from Simple Seller to Enterprise at any time by contacting our vendor support team. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a limit on how many products I can list?
No. Both Simple Seller and Enterprise plans allow unlimited product listings. The more products you list, the more visibility you get on the platform.
What products are not allowed on Acealot?
Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, adult content, and any products that violate South African consumer protection laws. A full list of prohibited items is provided in your seller agreement upon approval.
