Track My Order
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website under "Track Order" in the top navigation bar, or visit the courier's website directly to get real-time updates.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within major cities in South Africa. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take 5-7 business days. Express delivery options may be available depending on your location and the vendor.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Please check with neighbors or building reception first. If the package is still not found, contact our support team at info@acealot.co.za or call us at 010 880 8741 within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@acealot.co.za if you need to update your delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
What is Acealot's return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items such as perishables, intimate apparel, and digital products are not eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the item you wish to return, and click "Request Return." Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with return instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please take photos of the damaged or incorrect item and email them to info@acealot.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Info
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of R60 per order. Free shipping is available on orders over R500. Shipping costs may vary depending on the vendor and product size.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! Acealot delivers to all provinces across South Africa, including major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and Port Elizabeth, as well as smaller towns and rural areas.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Acealot only ships within South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery reach to other African countries. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I order from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes, you can add products from multiple vendors to your cart. Each vendor may ship separately, so you may receive multiple packages for a single order. Shipping costs will be calculated per vendor.
Payment Help
What payment methods does Acealot accept?
We currently accept Credit Card, Debit Card, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and PayFast. We are continuously working to add more payment options for your convenience.
Is it safe to pay on Acealot?
Absolutely. Acealot uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and all payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Please check that your card details are entered correctly and that you have sufficient funds. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach our support team at info@acealot.co.za for assistance.
Can I pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery is not currently available. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout. We are exploring this option for future implementation.
Sell on Acealot
How do I become a vendor on Acealot?
Visit our "Sell on Acealot" page and choose a vendor plan that suits your business. Complete the registration form with your business details and our team will review your application within 2-3 business days.
What are the vendor plans available?
We offer two plans: the Simple Seller Plan (R0/month with a 15% commission fee) ideal for individuals and small businesses, and the Enterprise Plan (R500/month with an 8% commission fee) designed for larger businesses with higher volumes.
How do I get paid as a vendor?
Vendor payouts are processed weekly every Friday. Funds are transferred directly to your registered bank account after deducting the applicable commission fee. You can view your earnings and payout history in your vendor dashboard.
What documents do I need to register as a vendor?
You will need your South African ID number or Company Registration number, a valid bank account, and contact details. Enterprise vendors may be required to submit additional business documentation.
Data Privacy
How does Acealot protect my personal data?
Acealot complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your experience. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Can I request deletion of my personal data?
Yes. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Please send a request to info@acealot.co.za and we will process your request within 10 business days.
Does Acealot use cookies?
Yes, we use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. By continuing to use our site, you consent to our use of cookies.
Who has access to my data?
Your data is accessible only to authorized Acealot staff and the specific vendor(s) you purchase from - solely for order fulfillment purposes. We do not share your data with any unauthorized third parties.
Products & Stock
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a product shows "In Stock," it is available for immediate purchase. If it shows "Out of Stock," you can click "Notify Me" to receive an email when it becomes available again.
Are all products on Acealot genuine?
Yes. All vendors on Acealot are vetted and required to sell only genuine, authentic products. If you suspect a product is counterfeit, please report it to us immediately at info@acealot.co.za.
Can I compare prices from different vendors?
Yes! One of Acealot's key features is the ability to view multiple vendor offers on a single product page. You can compare prices, shipping costs, and vendor ratings to make the smartest buying decision.
What do I do if a product listing seems incorrect or misleading?
Please use the "Report this listing" button on the product page or email us at info@acealot.co.za. We take product accuracy seriously and will investigate all reports promptly.
